suicideblonde:

I read this Vanity Fair article a few months back and found it riveting.  I highly recommend it.  Me and bohemea are big fans of Bret Easton Ellis, and are TERRIFED to think of what he’s going to do with this story.

“It’s a kind of modern Romeo and Juliet story, set in the East Village, with the addition of anti-Bush conspiracy theories and Scientologists,” (via Story of Love, Suicide, and Paranoia Appeals to Bret Easton Ellis: Culture and Celebrity: vanityfair.com)
The tragic story of Theresa Duncan and Jeremy Blake, the inseparable East Village artists who killed themselves last year believing they were being persecuted, will be the subject of a screenplay by American Pscyho author Bret Easton Ellis, Page Six magazine has announced.
