daveholmes: The Ninth Circuit Court is having hearings on two motions: one to determine whether the videotapes of the initial trial should be released, one on whether Judge Walker should have recused himself. I probably didn’t say that right. Anyway, it’s not overturned and it won’t be for a while. Sorry to be a poo.
